About the property

This apartment is situated in a small well-kept complex in the old town over looking the harbour and sea. The complex is minutes away from the local restaurants, bars and beach.

It consists of one double bedroom fully fitted with sea views, one twin bedroom fully fitted. Fully fitted modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, recently refurbished bathroom. Living room has DVD player with DVDs, TV with Sky channels and a good, varied selection of books. Balcony has fabulous views of the sea, it comes furnished with table & chairs.

There is a safe in the apartment.

There are two pools in the complex, one adult, one children's and plenty of sunbeds.

Towels and sheets are changed weekly.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

The apartment is ideally situated, within a few minutes walk are some of the best restaurants, bars with live music or it can be a starting point to explore this beautiful island. Yet the complex itself is quiet and private. There is a small secluded beach just ten minutes walk from the apartment if you do not wish to avail of the larger beaches in the new town.
