About the property

The apartment is situated on the quiet, well maintained complex of Barranco Seco which enjoys an ideal location close to the main beach, and many supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

It has a good sized adult communal pool, a children's paddling pool and a large area with many sunloungers, perfect for soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with twin beds, a large wardrobe and a safe to lock away valuables. Towels are changed twice a week and linen once.

The kitchen area has an electric oven, a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery etc.

A breakfast bar separates the kitchen area from the lounge where there is a large 3 piece suite, the settee can be used as an extra bed for a third person if necessary. There is a TV and DVD and a number of board games and books to keep you entertained if required.

Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and a small garden.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Puerto Del Carmen is only a 10 minute drive from Arrecife Airport and is a convenient place from which to explore Lanzarote’s tourist and cultural attractions.
Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is still a delightful place to visit, boasting some excellent seafood restaurants.

Suitable for couples and families Puerto Del Carmen has something to offer everyone with a wide selection of shops and shopping centres, with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and almost 6 kms of long sandy beaches.
