About the property

Casa Lahar is a newly refurbished villa set off a walkway in a quiet position away from the road. The villa has a front garden divided from the rear garden and pool area by a secure side gate offering both security and privacy.

The accommodation is laid out with bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor and the lounge/diner, kitchen and a further shower room on the upper level. It has a sea view balcony equipped with table & chairs for al-fresco dining. A lovely feature on the ground floor is another lounge with wicker furniture and a picture window overlooking the pool.

The pool terracing is provided with sunbeds, umbrella and a barbecue. The pool which is heated in the winter months (November to April) is only just over a metre deep so is ideal for cautious swimmers and children.

This lovely light, modern villa is beautifully furnished and will appeal to those wishing to be close to all amenities and in the flat part of town.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
