About the property
The villa is single storey and appointed to a high standard with quality furnishing throughout. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. The master bedroom has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with full suite. Bedroom two has twin beds.
There is a seperate second bathroom with walk-in shower. The comfortably furnished lounge diner has two sofas, dining table and chairs, wall unit, breakfast bar to kitchen, satellite digital TV and DVD unit.
The modern fully fitted kitchen is well appointed with storage units and marble worktops and includes built-in cooker and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker and all utensils for self catering. There is also a breakfast bar and stools. A utility room with drying area houses the washing machine. For guests security and peace of mind the villa is equipped with a safe.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to a spacious split-level terrace commanding lovely views of the sea and mountains. The upper terrace has patio table and cushioned chairs shaded by a pergola and overlooks the pool area, making and ideal setting for al fresco dining.
Steps lead down to the lower terrace where the attractive 6 x 3 metre heated swimming pool with Roman style entry invites you to step in for a refreshing dip. Ample sunbathing terrace with cushioned sun loungers surrounds the pool. A large Canarian barbecue and outside shower complete the poolside facilities.
The services to the villa include twice weekly maid service and towel change. Casa Silvia is a well appointed property ideal for couples or a family seeking modern accommodation close to but unaffected by all the amenities of the main resort.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Casa Silvia is located in a central area in the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen. The main beach and sea front with its huge selection of bars and restaurants is around 500 metres while the old harbour is about a ten minute walk. The location enables easy access to the countryside for touring the Island.
