About the property
This luxurious villa is situated in Los Claveles, a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca, in a very picturesque location.
The villa is stylishly decorated throughout with a fully fitted kitchen and furnished living area. The villa consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, make up sofa bed is available aswell. There is a separate dining room and French doors leading onto the terrace with a BBQ, table, chairs and sunbeds.
Included in the villa are satellite TV, washing machine, Playstation 2, radio/cd player, towels and hairdryer. We welcome children and a cot can be given on request, a potty is also available out there.
The swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the residents of Los Claveles in a beautiful quite location which is only a 2 minute walk from the villa.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
The harbour, beaches and shops are only a 15 minute walk from the villa or 2 minutes by car. There are 3 lovely white sandy beaches at Playa Blanca, which are amongst the best on the island. The seafront is traffic free with a lovely costal path linking the beaches that offer some very good restaurants overlooking the sea. Playa Blanca serves as a fishing village on the south side of the island and also as a port for the car ferry to Fuerteventura and the occasional cruise liner.
