About the property
Our apartment is a true home from home, with all modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is spacious light and airy. Its elevated position enjoys stunning sea and harbour views.The apartment is newly decorated to a very high standard.Keeping in mind what we would need to make it a home from home for us!
The double bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a safe for your convenience. The apartment comfortably sleeps four, with the sofa bed in the lounge making another double bed. There is a full bathroom including a fitted hair dryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with full oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster etc.So if you decide to eat in ,all you need is at your disposal!Bed linen and towels are supplied.There is also a maid service once a week. TV, DVD, books and films for guests use.
To make the most of the stunning sea and harbour views, we have fitted a new patio door which extends across the entire width of the lounge/kitchen. You can sit on the spacious balcony and watch the sunset over Fuerteventura!
The portonova apartments are now all privately owned. So you can relax at the large communal pool with ample sun loungers! Have a drink or a snack at the pool side bar which is open all day. The pool area is south facing with all day sun and 180 degree sea views.
The apartment would suit couples and families. Sorry but we do not cater for teenage groups.
The airport is only ten minutes drive away. Taxis are readily available at the airport at a cost of around €15. We can arrange airport pick up if required.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips...
There are other apartments available in this complex if you have a large family to accommodate. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The beach is about ten minutes walk.
