Located in an exclusive development in the Playa Flamingo at the base of Montana Roja in Playa Blanca is Villa Vida.

This brand new villa, completed and furnished in May 2007 is just a 5 minute walk to Flamingo beach. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins. It can comfortably sleep 8 adults plus 2 infants in cots, has 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, private heated pool, 8 seater jacuzzi spa & is furnished to the very highest standard, has UK satellite TV, wireless internet access, playstation 2 and welcomes young children & babies. It is not necessary to have a car with villa Vida as all of the beaches, bars and restaurants are within a maximum 20 minute walk.

4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 super king size master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms, 2 cots, 2 high chairs, (more available if required) and baby monitor.

Heated swimming pool and hot tub, large patio and garden areas illuminated for alfresco dining. Traditional BBQs.

Satellite TV, 42" plasma screen, DVD, media centre, wireless internet access, playstation 2 and local telephone.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Various sporting facilities are available in the Lanzasur Club which is located only 1 minute walk away (literally at the bottom of the street). Facilities include tennis courts, five a side football and mini golf.

Those looking to relax can take advantage of a health spa just 5 mins walk away. Various treatments are available including full body massage, manicure, facial, pedicure etc, etc

Flamingo beach is a 5 min stroll away and is arguably the most beautiful of the Playa Blanca beaches. The bathing area is totally enclosed by rocks with makes this beach very child friendly and protected whilst offering sheltered calm waters. Many restaurants and bars can be found in this area.

Watersports are available at the harbour and Playa Flamingo beach for those a little more adventurous, including sailing, charter and tuition, diving, banana boat and jet ski hire.

Whilst Playa Blanca is a quite family friendly resort with numerous bars and restaurants you can still find a good selection of pubs and clubs for those looking to party! Most nightlife is centered around the old town area (about 20 mins walk from the villa).

If all of this seems a little too much why not have a BBQ by the pool and relax with a glass of wine or two whilst listening to some of your favourite music! (Which you can take with you or select from 100's of albums/dvd's loaded onto the villas media centre)
