About the property
Villa Jade Marie is a stunning luxurious villa situated on a brand new 5* star development, in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approx 10 mins walk to the nearest beach/bars & restaurants and the local supermarket is only 2 mins walk away.
The villa is situated in an elevated position with very private south facing terraces set on 3 levels, all of which have fantastic panoramic sea views to Furteventura, Los Lobos and the papagayo beaches.
The large 10x5m private pool (only one on the development) is heated and there is also a luxury hot tub/spa which can seat upto 7 persons. The terraces are decked out with sunloungers and patio furniture and there is also a traditional canarian BBQ which is perfect for dining "Al Fresco".
The huge lounge/entertainment area (90 sq m) has 2 comfortable leather corner suites, a 37" LCD TV with full Sky package, DVD player with a large selection of DVD'S, cinema surround sound system, CD player and there is also a PS2 with a selection of games, within this area there is also a full size pool table and bar.
The dining room is separate and also has the fantastic sea views.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twins, the doubles both have en-suite bathrooms and the master suite has a LCD TV also with full sky TV. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi/spa bath, separate shower cubicle, wc, bidet and double basins. There is also a separate wc.
The fully fitted modern kitchen is separate and is equipped with everything you would expect in a villa of this luxury standard, cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Just outside the kitchen in the solaria is the washing machine.
The property is fully alarmed with electric gates and intercom system.
Welcome pack included, bathrobes and pool/beach towels supplied.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
