About the property

We are proud to present this lovely holiday home on the well known Playa Park complex which has just 46 apartments. A superb 2 bedroom property which comes fully furnished and equipped for all your holiday needs. It is in a fantastic location with a stunning pool and sea view. A 2-3 minute walk will take you to the beach where there is a supermarket, tapas bar, gift shop and doctors surgery. A little further along, within easy walking distance along the beach front is Lanzarote's main resort of Puerto Del Carmen where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and long luscious beaches to explore. Also close by are the neighbouring resorts of Los Pocillos and Matagorda.

The accommodation can sleep 4 guests comfortably. The bedrooms are spacious with 2 large single beds, large fitted mirrored wardrobes and ceiling fans in each. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with all mod cons including a washing machine.

The shower room is conviently located in the centre of the apartment. It is modern with attractive tiling, has a large walk in shower, bidet, W.C. and wash hand basin, there is also a hairdryer installed. All shower towels and linens are provided.

In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofa (with underneath sofa bed if there are more than 4 guests) a large flat screen TV and DVD/ CD player and modern furnishings.

There is a balcony with a table & chairs so breakfast in the open air may be enjoyed and sunsets watched. Outside, the gardens are attractive and well kept, a back gate leads to a large open space/park where children may play. There is a car rental office just 2 minutes away by the beach and there is plenty of parking outside Playa Park by the roadside, although, due to the excellent location car hire is not necessary

There are 2 shared pools, 1 large pool and another smaller pool for children & there is also a friendly pool bar serving drinks and snacks open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Locally there are some wonderful beaches to explore and relax upon. A short taxi ride to the Old Town (3 euros) is also a must to visit the harbour and our wonderful shopping centre The Biosfera. Close by is the stunning Puerto Calero where you can go for lunch, have a stroll, visit the Whale Museum or visit a luxury spa and get a holiday massage! There are so many lovely places to choose from to dine out, highly recommendable is the local Thai Restaurant “Casa Siam”, this place gets busy so best to book in advance!

Excursions and things to do are numerous, but to name a few; choose from swimming, fishing, parascending, surfing and a personal favourite snorkelling and scuba diving (email me for an all round dive package).
