Accommodation description
This superb villa is in a quiet residential street in an upmarket area of Old Carmen within easy walking distance of the harbour along the coast walkway.
The villa has a wide hallway entrance. Leading through an arcway to a lovely split level , elegantly furnished lounge/dining room with doors opening onto the covered terrace and pool area. A very well equipped villa with a second TV and Playstation 2 in the second bedroom. A delightful feature of the master bedroom accessed through patio doors is its own walled and totally private patio.
The villa is very spacious and has a light, airy feel. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. Off of the kitchen is a large utility room where the washing machine is housed. This large room has a door out to the pool and is perfect for storage of diving equipment, bikes or fishing gear.
The villa has a private pool surrounded by shaded and sunbathing terracing with mountain views and glimpses of the sea. The covered porch area is perfect for relaxing in the shade as is the area with table & chairs for eating al-fresco. Lots of space around the pool for sunbathing.
We provide a food pack with tea, coffee, milk and water for your arrival. The villa can sleep seven in comfort and style but will also appeal to couples wanting a quality villa in a prime location.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“We stayed here from March 6 - March 13, 2010. The Villa is clean, spacious and well equipped for all age groups. It is in a quiet residential location which is fine for relaxing by the pool etc. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes walk so no real need to have a hire car for getting groceries for cooking meals etc. Whilst there are a few bars and a restaurant by the supermarket area, the best choice is around the old town harbour area or main strip. This is only about 10-15 minute walk so not a problem and no real need to take any taxis. Some lively bars in the old town area, but not really clubby. I guess the clubs are in the other part of town a bit further on.
Overall a great stay and ideal if you intend to want a relaxing time with some cooking / barbecues at the Villa and are happy with a stroll to the bars / restaurant area.
