This newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment offers guests a wealth of facilities. A beautiful re-fitted kitchen comes complete with built in modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and microwave.
The Spanish style walk in shower room is fully tiled and furnished with quality accessories. There is a large double bedded bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a lockable safe.

This quiet and spacious complex consists of 34 privately owned 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Located just 5 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach, it is within easy walking distance to the local supermarket, bars restaurants and shops. The village centre is just 10 minutes stroll away. The complex features mature gardens a large swimming pool and children´s splash pool. Perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation.
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a weekly clean including sheet and towel change. A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
