Accommodation description
This traditional style villa is set on a large corner plot in the lower part of Los Mojones. It has been refurbished over the course of the last year and now boasts a lovely new kitchen, new flooring throughout, new lounge and bedroom furniture. The covered fenced terrace has new patio furniture and a safety gate. This now makes the terrace a safe area with space for young children to play and parents to relax in the shade away from the pool. The pool area is fully enclosed with a high wall and has plenty of room for sunbathing. There is a door from the lounge, which has a large TV and Play Station 2 (bring own games), out to the covered terrace. The villa is unusual in having one bedroom with en-suite bathroom set away from the other two bedrooms and the family bathroom – ideal when two couples are occupying or when grandparents want to be away from the children.
The villa now has hot water heated by solar panels. This traditional villa has modern facilities but maintains a traditional Canarian feel and is perfect for a relaxing holiday for families or couples.
We supply a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and water.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
