About the property
Villa Peachy is a newly completed villa and was only recently released onto the rental market.
With its south facing sun terrace you are guaranteed a full days sun bathing on the 6 sun loungers, more are available if required please ask. There is a beautiful traditionally built BBQ close to the pool, which makes for a spectacular finish to the day as you sit and watch the lights twinkling in the town below and on the horizon in Fuerteventura. A view of which you cannot but help be impressed with.
The villa has 3 bed rooms two of which are en-suite, both of these have jacuzzi baths fitted for a relaxing massage after a hard days holidaying. The 3rd bathroom has a shower only. Two of the rooms have double beds the 3rd has twin beds. In the area which was the garage are 2 sets of bunk beds ideal for children to share.
The villa has satellite TV with stations in many languages including English. There is a DVD player for your added entertainment (DVD's not supplied).
The kitchen and lounge are a very spacious open plan design suitable for family and friends to live comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc.
There is also a good sized pool (7m x 3m), with electrically heated pool (please read 'rental rates' for additional information).
For the more energetic Villa Peachy is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars, beaches (approximately 35 - 40 minutes). The closest supermarket and restaurant being about a 15 minute walk. From here taxis are readily available. However to make you holiday more enjoyable and generally more convenient we have supplied a group 'A' car for each full week you stay at the villa included in the price.

Rates shown are for 4 persons, please add £70 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children.
The pool is electrically heated at all times of year and is included in the prices quoted. When not in use please always replace the pool cover, especially at night, this will get you off to a warmer start the next day.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00pm to Thursday 10.00am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest's holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack consisting of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week per item. Car hire can arranged, please ask for details.
Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
For the very best food in the town we are happy to recommend the La Bocaina restaurant (just past the only petrol station in town). You are best to pre book as all food is freshly prepared on request, so make it a lunch or evening to savour. You can pre book direct or ask us for our help. They cater for all special occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries etc. Spanish and English spoken. The direct line Is 00 34 928 518 388. 11.00am To 12.00 midnight (closed Thursdays).
