Accommodation description
This is a newly refurbished studio apartment on the San Francisco II complex in the old harbour area of Puerto Del Carmen with spectacular views of the harbour, sea and Fuerteventura. We are located within five minutes walk of some of the best restaurants on the island which are situated along the harbour front, together with bars and shops.
There are two pools with plenty of sunbeds and sunbathing areas. There is also a pool bar offering a selection of food and drink throughout the day.
The apartment benefits from a new fitted kitchen, new bathroom fittings, and all accessories to make your stay comfortable including towels, linen, cutlery, crockery, microwave, hob, TV, DVD player and freeview TV.
The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis and towels and linen changed at that time.
There is plenty of parking at the top and bottom of the complex.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

The harbour and beach are a few minutes walk from the apartment and there are numerous restaurants and bars which can also be reached on foot.

“We found this lovely studio apartment to be in an excellent location with stunning views from a private balcony overlooking the harbour. You can spend all day watching fishing boats,yachts and cruise liners sailing past - it is very relaxing, in a quiet location on a small friendly complex but with easy access into Puerto Del Carmen Old Town with a good array of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend it for a peaceful relaxing holiday.”

“We found this lovely studio apartment to be in an excellent location, with stunning views overlooking the harbour from a very private balcony. The view really does have to be seen to be believed! We were able to watch fishing boats, yachts and cruise liners sailing past all day. If you can drag yourself away from the balcony, it is just a short walk into the Old Town where there is a good choice of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.”
