About the property
This is a small complex of spacious apartments situated in an elevated position overlooking the Old Town.
All apartments have a sea view terrace equipped with patio furniture and offering part sun and part shade. The newly refurbished pool area has sun terraces with an abundance of sun beds and a small friendly poolside bar offering drinks and snacks.
The swimming pool has a shallow end suitable for children and non swimmers. This well run development of apartments is an ideal choice for those looking for somewhere, quiet and comfortable to stay.
We do have access to alrernative apartments if 21 is booked.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

La Bamba restaurant just across the road is always popular.
Newly opened Lanzarote Golf is a five minute drive away on the road to Tias. All 18 holes now open.
