About the property

This lovely, typical Canarian style villa is set in a pretty tree lined and private garden in Los Mojones. It is enclosed with wrought iron gates, high walling and a drive with room for two cars.

The villa is two storey. Upstairs is a full bathroom and the master bedroom which has a double and a single bed and opens to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. All the other accommodation is on the ground floor including two shower rooms, two twin bedrooms and another bedroom with a double and a single bed and its own terrace. The dual aspect lounge/diner is spacious and comfortable. There is a large covered terrace with BBQ and table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining.

The pool is 1.4 metres deep all over and surrounded by astroturf with lots of room for your sunbeds. This is a lovely, secluded villa in a quiet residential area and will appeal to families and couples who like a bit of space.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
