About the property
Las Brisas is a development of semi-detached bungalows located close to the main beach in Playa Blanca. If number 72 is booked we do have access to others. The bungalows are set among colourful gardens and walkways.
Each bungalow has its own garden patio with sunbeds, table and chairs and barbecue where you can relax. The development has a huge communal swimming pool with separate children's pool all surrounded by terracing with an abundance of sunbeds. There is a poolside bar, children's play area, tennis courts, small shop and restaurant all on site.
The nearest large supermarket is just across the road and all the amenities of the town are a five minute walk away. Las Brisas is a very well run complex in an ideal location and is popular with both families and couples alike.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
Marina Rubicon is the upmarket marina with shops and restaurants. Kikoland at Hotel Yaiza has a great kids club.
