This stunning villa is set in its own large grounds and boasts superb positioning with wonderful sea and mountain views from both terraces and provides its guests with a unique feeling of space and tranquillity. This quiet development is perfect for couples and families and provides the privacy and freedom that is not often obtained from the usual 'busy' complexes and is just a 3 minute stroll away from the Atlantic Ocean. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes closeby.

The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and provides all the home comforts you would expect. With marble floors throughout it comprises of an upstairs master bedroom with its own dressing area and large marbled en-suite bathroom and private roof terrace. There are two further bedrooms downstairs with twin beds along with a large family bathroom.

Adjoining the fully fitted kitchen is a covered pergola seating area which provides welcome shade for alfresco dining along with a built in BBQ. The large sun terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and your own private electrically heated swimming pool.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that has retained its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, it was once a small fishing village. It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque promenade lined with international restaurants. There is an interesting market every Wednesday and Saturday morning at the Marina which is well worth a visit. The unspoilt tiny village of El Golfo is just a short drive away where there are excellent fish restuarants lining the shore. Highly recommended!
