The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to the highest standard with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and full oven and hob.

The spacious comfortable lounge is well appointed with Sky TV, DVD & video with pine furniture, tiled flooring to complement this open plan style property.

There are four bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to eight, comprising two double bedrooms facing onto the swimming pool area, both with en suite bathrooms, the master bedroom features a jaccuzzi bath, also a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room & a bunk bed room suitable for children.

Villa Baljat is situated approximately 25/30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Teguise, the original capital of the Island. This picturesque town hosts a bustling market every Sunday and has a good selection of shops, a well stocked supermarket and plenty of popular restaurants. Internet access can also be found in Teguise. A smaller supermarket is also available in nearby Nazaret. A golf club and Lanzarote’s only aqua park are just 5 km away, while it is only 30 minutes to Famara or Arrieta beaches. In addition, this area of the island offers some great walking and is popular with bird watchers.

Additional services of the property are a weekly laundry service as well as a Laundry room. All bedding, bathrobes, bathroom, pool and beach towels are provided.

Villa Baljat will be available to rent from April through to October.
