Suite B3 is a spacious, bright, 2 bed apartment in an elevated position with views of the harbour, the ocean and the island of Fuerteventura.

The apartment is in the well known Lago Verde Complex, situated in a quiet location in the much sought after old town area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It is within a short walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and the harbour in the Old Town.

Fully refurbished only a short time ago, the apartment offers the holidaymaker an ideal retreat where they can unwind and remain close to all amenities.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large balcony.

The main bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table, wall mirror and bedside lockers. There are sea views from this room. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobe etc. There is a bathroom and a shower room in the apartment. The main bathroom has a bath with shower overhead etc and the shower room has an enclosed shower etc. Both rooms have wall mounted hairdryers provided for guests use.

The living room is large with comfortable seating, a TV/VCR/DVD, a CD/radio unit, coffee table and bookstand. A large full height window offers excellent sea views.

The kitchen is modern and includes fridge freezer, four ring electric hob, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker and iron. The balcony area is large with a small section covered in providing shade while the remainder enjoys all day sunshine. There is a table and chairs, four sun loungers and a clothes rack on the balcony. From the balcony you have stunning views of the harbour, the ocean and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura.

Lago Verde is a well run, tidy complex with a seven day reception (not 24 hrs). In reception, there are safety deposit boxes, internet access and information on activities etc in Lanzarote. Excursions can be booked as can car hire. There is a good sized, well maintained pool on the complex with ample sun loungers and a poolside bar where snacks and drinks can be purchased. There is an on site laundry and tokens can be purchased at reception for this.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

This apartment is an ideal base for your holiday in Lanzarote, being only 10km from Arrecife airport and close to all amenities. There are numerous restaurants a few minutes walk from the apartment. We regularly dine at La Bamba (local cuisine) across the street from Lago Verde, Marios Italian restaurant and Bellinis English run restaurant.

If you are adventurous, we recommend you hire a car and visit Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo, Jameos del Auga and Mirador del Rio or bring your golf clubs with you and play a round at the recently opened 18 hole golf course just 5 minutes drive away or the course at Costa Teguise. If you prefer a more relaxing holiday, you can enjoy the beautiful beach in Puerto del Carmen. Water sports are available there. You might also like to spend some time browsing in the many shops in the Biosphere Shopping Centre in Puerto del Carmen.
