First floor apartment with beautiful view from the balcony.
The apartment was newly refurbished in June 2007. There are beautiful sea views and mountain views from the balcony, you can also see the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, it also overlooks the pool area.
It has one double bedroom, it also has a room with bunk beds which can sleep two, there is a single sofa bed in the living room.There is linen provided plus a midweek linen change.Baby cot and buggy also in apartment if needed.
Lounge dining room with satelite LCD TV plus DVD player. It has a fully kitted out kitchen including electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine. Electric room fan.
The complex has mature well kept gardens. There is a large communal swimming pool plus there is a kiddies pool. There is a poolside bar and snack bar. Plenty sun loungers, and shower by the pool. There is a kid's play area with swings and slides.There is parking available.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips...
It is 5 minute walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The 'Old Town' is 10 minute walk it is a very good place to have a meal the restaurants serve a large selection of fish and meat dishes. Set around the harbour there are beautiful sea views. The nearest beach is 10 minute walk.
