About the property
Residential Iris is a small but exclusive development comprising of 41 townhouses is ideally located near the new marina in Playa Blanca. Each property has a small front garden and most of the houses boast sea views, those that don’t, benefit from views over the beautiful community gardens and swimming pool.
Casa Oliver is located on the outside of the complex and from the upstairs balcony you can see the mountains and the sea.
It is a modern town house, comfortabley furnished to a high standard, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen TV which is portable so you can take to any room to watch a film, DVD, CD, radio, washing machine and much more.
The master bedroom enjoys its own bathroom, there is a twin bedroom upstairs next to the master, and downstairs is another bathroom. Next to this bathroom is a multipurpose room which has a double sofa bed, and TV cabinet so you can allow the children to take the flatscreen TV/DVD into this room and give you some peace and quiet in the lounge. Then later the room can be slept in. There are doors from this room which lead to a small open area, suitable for a bit of private sunbathing.
The villa is directly opposite a very nice hotel where you can enjoy the evening entertainment and spa for a small fee. You can walk to the sea front in 2 minutes and there is an international supermarket 5 minutes down the road, next to the taxi rank.
This villa is ideally loacted to access the Marina Rubicon with its glamourous bars, shops and restaurants.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
