About the property
Casa Rossi is a modern and spacious three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa providing luxurious and quality accommodation for families and couples alike, in the relaxed resort of Playa Blanca.
Situated in its own grounds with a large private terrace & pool to the rear of the property. There is also roof terrace providing stunning views of the volcanic mountains.
The kitchen is moden with microwave, oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, all crockery and cutlery.
The lounge is light, airy and has patio doors to pool terrace, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, Playstation, dining table with six chairs.
The master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite bath/shower room, access to pool terrace. The second bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.
The terrace has been fully extended since we took the attached photos and there are sun loungers, a covered outdoor dining area with chairs and table, an outdoor shower, large pool which is covered and electrically heated (depth 0.6m to 1.8m).
The villa is within a 20 minute walk of the beach with a small selection of shops and bars and a 25 minute walk to the resort centre providing an array of shops, bars and restaurants, plenty of which can be found on the beach front promenade. It is also within a 25 minute walk of the new Marina Rubicon with a selection of upmarket shops and restaurants.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
If you don´t feel like walking into town then go to one of the nearby hotels and use their facilities such as resaturants, bars, discos, internet and supermarkets.
