The villa has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last four years to provide excellent well appointed accommodation. It comprises of five bedrooms, four ensuite and with one family bathroom.

About La Asomada, Lanzarote
The Canarian village of La Asomada is a 10-minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its' beaches and wide range of shops and restaurants. The village has a small supermarket, which is very close to hand. Further shopping facilities are available in the nearby town of Tias, which is the local parish capital.
Owner's Tips...
Local bus service every hour to Tias and Puerto del Carmen. Costa Teguise and Playa Blanca forty minute drive. Puerto del Carmen ten minutes drive. Capital of Arrecife twenty minutes drive. Taxis reasonably priced to all parts of the island.
Local restaurant Cabana five minute drive. Garage and shop five minute drive.
