This well situated property is all on the one floor and has one bedroom. Located on the beachfront, a lovely private complex in quiet area of Costa Teguise, which is separated from the beach only by a pedestrian promenade. On site there are 3 lovely swimming pools, 2 off which are heated in the winter months, with free use of sunbeds, plus baby pool, set in beautiful surroundings of well maintained gardens, terraces & pedestrian walks straight onto the beach.

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully fitted open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with double sofa bed, satellite TV, and spacious balcony. Only 15 minutes from airport, a great location to enjoy a very relaxing holiday for families, friends or couples.

It is very safe for children as there are no roads to cross to the beach. Very good selection of good quality family restaurants, shops & bars all within 200mtrs. Only 10 minutes stroll along seafront promenade to the more lively centre of resort. It is a pleasant, easy, walk along the seafront promenade, with no traffic! You'll enjoy a very relaxing holiday.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
