About the property

Casa Senang is a superb corner property in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones.

The villa has a dining room and a delightful large lounge both with doors which open to the pool area. There is a modern fitted kitchen with all the usual mod cons.

The master bedroom has a walk in hanging area and an ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin room. There is also a little room with a cot and a further very small room that has just a single bed and is only suitable for a child. We advertise the villa as a 2 bedroom villa as these rooms are not suitable for all groups.

The villa has off road parking for your car. The pool area is mostly tiled and there is lots of space for your sunbeds around the pool. The pool has steps down and is solar heated in the summer and electrically backed up in the winter months. The garden has high walls for privacy and there is a useful covered area for alfresco dining just off of the dining room. This villa has surprisingly large living areas and makes a comfortable holiday villa.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
