About the property

La Loma is a beautifully appointed and well located detached villa, situated in the heart of the exclusive Las Coloradas development in Playa Blanca.

The villa is very light, airy and spacious. It features 3 large bedrooms - 1 double ensuite and 2 twin rooms. The ensuite bathroom is modern with 2 separate sinks, toilet and even a round bath with shower. Additionally the other bathroom features a shower.

The kitchen is very well furnished with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge freezer.
There is also a washing machine in the Solana.

The large open plan living/dining area provides guests with a dining table for 6 people, and there are 2 sofas perfect for chilling out, watching the satellite TV/DVD.

Now for the best part, the outside. There is a private terrace from the living room which features a large teak table plus chairs – perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying the barbecue.

There is a large heated swimming pool - just perfect for cooling off. There is a very large sun terrace which overlooks the pool - ideal for eating or sunbathing. The pool is nestled within a maturing garden, and to the back of the house there is an additional seating area for enjoying the last rays of the day. Effectively the villa has sun all day long.

The villa is located only 10 minutes walk from the incredible Papagayo beaches. Car hire is recommended.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
