About the property
Delightful 2 bedroom apartment in a small well run complex just a 5 minute walk from the beach and with a small supermarket across the road.
The apartment consists of two 2 twin bedrooms (both very spacious) with fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers in both. There is also a safe enclosed in one of the wardrobes. We have a fully tiled bathroom with a walk in shower.
There is a pleasant lounge which consists of two easy chairs and a sofa with a coffee table and sideboard. Satellite TV is available showing all Sky programmes including films and sport channels. A DVD and CD player is also provided.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave, fridge/freezer and a mini grill. We are situated on the second floor of the complex (the top floor) and we have a magnificent view from the balcony to the sea and mountains beyond. We also have sun loungers and a table on the balcony.
Downstairs there is a communal pool and beautifully well kept gardens where there is an area for you to sunbathe.
On arrival you will find fresh linen and towels for the week. The apartment is cleaned on the day of your arrival and weekly thereafter. You will also have the phone number of my property manager. We have security gates which are always locked and the complex is very secure.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips...
Puerto del Carmen is the liveliest resort on the island and a short walk from the apartment you have numerous bars gift shops and restaurants. Places of interest are Fire Mountain where you can take camel rides and witness an astonishing volcanic landscape of lava baked hills, fiery craters and barren desert-like terrain. You could try the weekly market in the old capital Teguise. A trip to Puerto del Carmen old town is a must to see with the old fishing harbour where you can take your pick of fresh fish dishes at an array of fine Canarian restaurants. The beach promenade is laced with palm trees and gardens. For the young at heart you have a go kart track which is a 10 minute drive away and an aqua park situated in Costa Teguise.
