About the property
This spacious, detached four bedroom villa with large private terrace and heated pool, has wonderful views of the harbour, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. The property is situated in a quiet area, only a five minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and beach.
Villa Michelle has a gated driveway and substantial garden area to the front.
The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom benefits from air conditioning and has a double bed, dressing room with wardrobe, drawers and mirror and a spacious, newly fitted ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a corner bath, separate showever and double sink unit. Bedroom two has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom three has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, drawers and mirror. There is a large shower room located between bedrooms two and three. Bedroom four has a single bed, bunk beds and a futon style sofa bed. There a wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. This bedroom has a recently fitted ensuite shower room.
The kitchen is new and features oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, separate fridge, dishwasher, numerous wall and base units, finished with lovely granite worktops and breakfast bar. The kitchen also benefits from air conditioning.
The kitchen is open to the large living room which has a three piece suite plus built in seating. There is satellite TV, a DVD and CD player. The patio doors open onto a very large terrace with a covered pergola, providing a lovely al fresco dining area, which has lighting, a large BBQ and sink. There is a good sized heated pool, seating for 10 and 8 sun loungers. A lower covered terrace has a pool table and table football, with lighting. The terrace is walled and gated and, therefore, very private.

Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £100 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child in total.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £85 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50€ per week.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed. Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00pm to Thursday 10.00am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A welcome pack consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.
Car hire or airport transfers can be arranged, please ask for details.
Please note for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Playa Blanca was once a traditional fishing village and it has managed to retain much of its charm.
There is a wonderful promenade of about 7 kms where you can take a leisurely stroll and perhaps stop for refreshment along the way at one of the many bars and restaurants.
The resort offers a wide variety of water sports, boat trips and some wonderful sightseeing opportunities.
You might also decide to hop on the ferry from the nearby harbour and visit the island of Furteventura.
There are markets at the Marina Rubicon on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Playa Blanca has many excellent bars and restaurants, some of which have regular live entertainment.
