Accommodation description
Beautiful villa, newly refurbished, in a lovely quiet complex comprising of only ten detached villas in Puerto del Carmen. Five minute walk to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Great location for families and mature couples.
The beauty of staying in Villa RobRye is its relaxing and peaceful atmosphere with the main strip, beach and golf course only minutes away. The best of both worlds. To give you an idea where we are in location terms, we are about a five minute walk from the San Antonia Hotel.
The property has three bedrooms, one double, one with two singles and one which has bunk beds, great fun for the kids. There are two bathrooms which have also recently been refurbished. A new kitchen with everything that is required i.e. cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and all utensils. There is a small utility room with washing machine. The villa also has LCD TV with DVD player and satellite viewing.
There is a large south facing patio with sunbeds, table and chairs facing directly onto communal pool.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“Just come back from a week in this villa and I have to say that it is one of the best villas we have stayed in. We have been visiting Lanzarote for over 15 years and staying in different resorts and villas.. but this villa is by far our favourite. There were 6 adults in our party and we there was plenty of room to accomodate us all, facilities are excellent and location is perfect, price spot on. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a perfect location.”

“stayed at villa robrye for two weeks in july 2012, found the villa to be very well laid out
with plenty of room for our family of two adults and four children. The pool was right in front so we could sit on the spacious veranda while keeping an eye on the kids.the interior is very spacious with everything one could want provided and the two power showers were great when it came to washtime. Very well located with easy access to the main strip within a few minutes walk. Would return again without hasitation.....”

“well kept clean good for 4 adults and 2 children. Close to beach and shops .pool was clean and regulary serviced. nice and quite. Accomadition comfortable,kitchen for those looking self catering very well equiped all mod cons.Price reasonable and not dear if 4 or more us it”
