Charming property placed in a quiet residential area, where during the dawn and during the evenings our guest can enjoy of wonderful views to the sea and amazing sunsets. In the morning it is possible to enjoy the fragrance of the fruit-bearing trees, the garden is covered with volcanic ash, as typical in Lanzarote.

The house has typical Canarian architecture, located in a plot area of 1000m2 of approximately 130m2 constructed. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, independent lounge dinning room with satellite TV, independent kitchen completely equipped (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, vitroceramic, washing machine etc) 3 wide terraces, 2 of them placed in front of the bedrooms and one of them placed in front of the living room.

The house also has a solarium in front of the private pool with furniture for terrace and air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and living room. The entrance door is automatic, controlled by a remote control.

This villa is ideal for families and also for coulples who enjoy privacy.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
