About the property

This beautiful very private villa is located in the exclusive Los Mojones area in Puerto del Carmen, and offers luxurious accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residential location within a short walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of the resort.

The spacious interior is stylishly furnished and features high domed ceilings making it cool inside on even the warmest of days. The lounge has a rich leather suite with satellite TV and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. The villa also has a games room with free pool table and Playstation 3.

Sleeping accommodation consists of a master double ensuite bedroom, another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a further bathroom and shower room. A separate fully equipped modern kitchen/diner with utility room complete what this villa has to offer.

The outside space is delightful with very mature gardens surrounding the villa. There is a heated swimming pool and small children's pool, both of which can be secured to prevent small children accessing this area. The very private southfacing terraces offer the chance for that undisturbed all-over tan! There are several covered outside areas to allow for alfresco dining and the all important afternoon siesta. There is a traditional Canarian stone barbecue for you to use if you don´t want to sample the resorts many and varied restaurants.

A maid service is provided once a week, where we supply fresh towels and bathroom clean. Bed linen is changed weekly for bookings of 2 weeks or longer. One cot and one highchair available for free.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Casa Nicky is in a central area of Puerto Del Carmen, beside all of the main tourist requirements- Old town/Harbour/Main Beach Front, restaurants and shops.

Car is not essential, if you are happy to stay within Carmen area. If you want to go further afield, car hire is reasonably priced. Lanzarote is a beautiful island and well worth seeing. My top 5 locations to visit are;

2. Mirador del Rio
3. Papagayo beach
4. Jameos del Agua
5. El Golfo
