Accommodation description
This one bedroom apartment is situated in the popular resort of Puerto Del Carmen, only 10 minutes from Arrecife airport. Ideally situated, the El Barranquillo complex is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, shops and restaurants making it ideal for couples and families alike.
The ground floor apartment accessed by a few steps comprises 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, ample drawer space, fitted wardrobes with safe deposit box and hairdryer. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels twice weekly. The bathrooom has a large walk-in shower and hairdryer point.
The kitchen comprises oven, hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, steam iron and board and all cooking and eating untensils.
The lounge area which is attractively furnished, has a sofa bed which folds out double, 2 arm chairs, table and chairs and coffee table. The lounge houses its own TV,with satellite channels, DVD player and radio/CD player. There is a wide selection of DVD's and a selection of reading books and games.
The lounge area leads onto a spacious sunny patio area overlooking the swimming pools and gardens. There are two sun loungers on the patio together with patio chairs, table and parasol. The complex has its own private swimming pool with childrens section and additional sun loungers.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...
2 minutes walk from local supermarkets where fresh bread is available daily. Playa Grande beach is a 15 minutes walk away where sunbeds and parasols are available for hire.

“cracking appt, location & bar as u arrive & exit the complex.dogs opposite could do with being shot but had a great wk & will use again.”
Owner's response: We have spoken with the President of our complex regarding the dog issue and we believe this to be an isolated case as would confirm has never been brought to our attention before.
