About the property

Villa Dulce Hogar is situated a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Playa Blanca but nessled in its open private oasis of tranquility.

This outstanding large Canarian villa is furnished and fitted out to a very high standard.

The 6x4m pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with sun loungers. Overlooked by the outdoor 'Chill out' lounge which has a blind that can be pulled down to enclose should you wish to escape for a siesta. Alfresco dining table and chairs are provided for sunset BBQ's.

On entering the villa you will be amazed by the space and air of the hall way with internal garden feature and lounge area with beautiful wooden ceilings. The open plan lounge has Sky satellite TV, DVD player and music system.

From the lounge you will enter the dining hall and from there the huge kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and large American style fridge freezer with drinks dispenser.

The master bedroom (ensuite) and the 2nd bedroom both have kingsize beds. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and for the kids the 4th bedroom (ensuite) has bunk beds with a pull out bed underneath to sleep 3. There is a 3rd bathroom with walk in shower.

A washing machine is provided in the utility room.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
