It is located in an elevated position affording spectacular views across the resort of Playa Blanca. It also has magnificent sea views with the stunning backdrop being the nearby island of Fuerteventura.
Its elevated position ensures that guests can enjoy complete privacy as the villa is not overlooked.

Both of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathrooms and they are situated at either side of a pleasant, enclosed courtyard area.

The interior decoration and furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard and give the feeling of taste and luxury. In addition to the living and dining room areas, there is a specially designed conservatory, which allows guests to relax and enjoy the views at any time of day or night.

Outside the property and conveniently located by the pool, there is a separate changing facility with shower and toilet. Also by the pool is a self contained poolbar, situated next to the BBQ area, to ensure convenience and easy access while you sit and sip your drinks in the glorious sunshine or enjoy alfresco dining.

The pool has both electric and solar heating and the shower alongside the pool is also heated.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
