The villa has been appointed to a very high standard with beautiful wooden furniture and ceilings and extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. This includes flat screen TV, DVD and a selection of DVD's for client use.

The property has been furnished and decorated in a very fine style and will appeal to families who like a bit of space!

The villa has a very secure gated entrance with parking for 2/3 cars and a traditional brick built barbecue.

Villa Dulce Hogar is approximately 15 min walking distance (or 5 min driving distance) from Playa Blanca downtown and harbour, shops and restaurants.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
