Now if you want a sea view then you cannot get better that Casa Rondel.

This fabulous villa situated in the small exclusive development of Finisterre at Punta Faro has uninterrupted Ocean views with even a telescope for dolphin watching.

From the front door you will enter the light airy lounge/dining area with wonderful views from the patio doors and picture windows. There is satellite 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, a Bang and Olufsen wall mounted CD player not that you will want to listen to much other than the sound of the ocean!

The master bedroom is ensuite with sea views from the patio doors that lead to the large shaded terrace area. The other two twin bedroom share a large family bathroom. The master bedroom and lounge have air conditioning and the twin rooms have fans. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, extractor hood and an American style double fridge freezer. The washing machine is in the utility room.

Now the best bit of course is outside and the beautiful bespoke 8x4m electrically heated pool with waterfall feature surrounded by ample patio area for sun bathing. Tucked privately in the corner is the state of the art therapeutic jacuzzi (a must with a nice bottle of bubbly). There is also an outside shower to rinse off before getting in for a soak. External steps lead you to the roof terrace with 360 degrees of viewing and a couple of sun loungers and refreshments table.

If that is not enough 2 electric bikes have been provided for your use for those who cannot be bothered to peddle along the coastal promenade. Just charge the bikes up and off you go. For the fitter of clients 2 normal pushbikes are also provided.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
