Accommodation description
Our apartment has two bedrooms one double, one twin, a very large terrace, a good-sized, open-plan living room/kitchen-diner and a super bathroom.
Key features of our Playa Blanca apartment that it is well equipped and is located in a quiet residential area with an on-site mini-market. 3 minute drive to Playa Flamingo beach and nearby parking.
The apartment sleeps up to 6, if 2 are children under 10. TV, radio and DVD player. Ample terrace with day long sunshine, lovely bathroom with powerful shower.

Prices per week for all occupants, based on maximum numbers permitted but not including cots and/or highchairs for infants (these should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability and payment of appropriate charges). Stays which cover two price periods will be charged pro rata based on the number of days in each price period.
Payment can be made either by U.K. bank/building society cheque (if booking more than 21 days prior to departure) or via Paypal, for which there will be a 4% transaction charge.
Arrangements can be made for price to be quoted in Euros and payment made directly to Spanish bank account.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...
The resort has three beaches, of which the best for families is Playa Flamingo, behind the Hotel Playa Flamingo, with its protective rock breakwaters. The beach is mainly sandy, but don't forget the Atlantic is tidal so some of it may disappear at certain times of day
There are numerous restaurants in the resort, ranging from fast food to quite posh, most of them child-friendly, with amiable service and offering local as well as more international dishes.

“My family were pleased with the apartment,because i live on a adjacent complex we were aware of no pools etc [hence such a good price] the apartment is as good as it looks,very clean,good size terrace,good size bathroom an kitchen area,as it is so near to me my family-friends would book again.”

“We have been to Lanzarote 4 times before and stayed in a private villa, this time we stayed at virginia park and we really enjoyed our stay. to start the apartment was on the first floor and having the top floor gave full use of the balcony area which had ample room for 4 chair and a table and then more room for 4 sun loungers and plenty of room aswell. the lounge area was a nice size too which was open plan to the kitchen. didnt watch tv just watched a couple of dvds on the player there. the kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed it for (breakfast and some dinners as we ate out quite a bit in playa blanca) the bathroom was a nice size with a bath, bidet and sink. the water was always hot even after 4 people having showers! the main bedroom was a really good size too. the 2nd bedroom was also a good size for our friends that came too. overall a very pleasant trip and a lovely stay in the apartment. parking was no problem in the service road and there was hardly any noise in the area. sitting on the balcony at night was very nice too. the apartment was easy to find aswell with the directions supplied and i do recommend hiring a car for the duration of the stay, we hired from auto reisen. i highly recommend this apartment for your stay”

“A clean, good sized two bedroom apartment on a quiet complex. Very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The outside space is a real plus with a very large sun terrace and the bonus of a washing machine.
Supermarket and bar only a couple of minutes walk and the adjoining hotel offers additional facilities including entertainment for children.
Would highly recommend the apartment, booking easy and good contact with the owners, a fantastic holiday and great value for money.”
