This super penthouse apartment is located on the popular complex of Las Coronas in beautiful Costa Teguise. The penthouse is ideally suited for couples and families; the apartment is spacious and offers comfortable accommodation for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

This sizeable 2nd floor apartment is situated in one of the best positions in the heart of the Las Coronas complex, its patio balcony with patio table and chairs is bathed in sunshine from morning all the way through to the evening, overlooking the pool and with a fantastic breath taking sea views.

As one of the few apartments getting sun from morning till the evening it is perfect for a sunny outside breakfast/lunch or BBQ and evening meals. All day private sunbathing is an option and for your comfort there is a full patio set with sun beds and parasol.

You can be down by the pool in seconds or you can be on one of four local beaches within minutes which are accessible from the magnificent palmed grounds, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beaches can be easily reached by a private gate leading to the recently built promenade which provides a delightful stroll.

Sleeping four easily and up to six (can get cots /highchairs for little ones at small extra cost) it has one master bedroom with a double bed, double fitted wardrobe and safe and an abundance of shelves and hangers, there is plenty of space for all those t-shirts and bikinis.

The master bedroom has its own marble ensuite bathroom which includes; sink, bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds, double fitted wardrobes. The marbled main bathroom has twin sinks, bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. The penthouse has a full complement of bedding and towels.

The fitted modern kitchen with breakfast bar includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and a full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils and many more items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a water purification system; the water is drinkable and safer than the water back in the UK. No more buying and carrying heavy bottles of water!

The spacious and well presented lounge has a large sofa bed which converts to a double bed comfortably. The lounge is cool and airy; it’s a great place to relax away from the midday sun and comes with SKY TV, a DVD player with over 80 DVD's and a CD stereo for your latest tunes. The apartment also has a PC with Broadband.

With a large selection of DVD’s to watch, books, playing cards, internet and games, you have no excuse of not having enough to do. The dining area which overlooks the pool and sea seats four comfortably.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

The Las Coronas complex has a large main swimming pool, kid’s pool, paddling pool (no life-guards), various alcoves and sun terraces with sun beds. The pool bar serving drinks, snacks, meals and has satellite TV to keep up with the news. Both pools are daily maintained and cleaned via salt purification system.

Las Coronas also boasts a first class tennis court if you are feeling energetic. There are several excellent restaurants nearby.

The complex is close to all the local amenities – including NETO mini-markets, several restaurants, bars, car hire, taxi rank, bus stop and, gym all within a 2 minutes’ walk of the apartment.

Las Cucharas main beach can be reached by a lovely stroll along the seafront promenade about 10-15 minutes or a 3 minute cab or bus ride.

In Costa Teguise you will find everything from golden sandy beaches to sporting activities to an exciting nightlife.

Costa Teguise is one of the islands most important areas for tourism, featuring a range of luxury hotels, apartments and holiday bungalows alongside endless shops, bars and restaurants.

Los Molinos, Playa Bastian, Punta de Tope, Playa de Las Curharas are some of the most significant spots in this area of splendid beaches.

Situated just a few kilometres North-West of Arrecife, the commercial centre and capital of the island, Costa Teguise is also the perfect base for lovers of shopping.
Every Friday night from 6pm till late, there is a craft market in Pueblo Marinero Square where you can find a selection of handmade crafts, silverware, children's toys and novelties. The market is surrounded by lively bars and restaurants giving it a fabulous atmosphere. When you've finished shopping, there are ample places to choose from for a relaxing drink.

For the grown-ups, there is an internationally renowned 18-hole golf course to enjoy. The course is immaculate and offers superb views down to the coastline of the island.

We recommend that you hire a car as you will see much more of this beautiful island, although this is not essential excursions can be booked locally. Our favourite trips are Timanfaya National Park, Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, Cesar Manrique museum, Mirador del Rio, El Golfo, Jardin de Cactus and an absolute must is Teguise market held every Sunday.
