About the property
The Playa Park apartment complex is situated in a tranquil location, near to the San Antonio Hotel yet only a five minute walk to the Los Pocillos beach.
There is a large heated communal swimming pool set in beautifully well maintained gardens with CCTV security and private gates.
This stunning one bedroom apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard, fitted with heaters, satellite TV (free channels) and plasma TV screen, offering an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 2 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, crockery for 4 persons, and a large bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, room enough for 2.
The bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests.
Outsdie the terrace area offers a table and chairs for a chilled glass of wine or al fresco dining.
There is a pool bar offering food and drink through out the day from 11am to 6pm.
We are able to offer ground or first floor apartments.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

The new golf course in Tias is a 5 minute drive, currently a 9 hole course with the Club House opening in the New Year.
