Luxury villa boasting one of the most spectacular views in Playa Blanca. Villa De La Vista's exclusive tranquil location is only a few minutes drive from an array of beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants.

Extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home. The lounge area opens onto a spacious private terrace with large solar heated pool, sun loungers, outside shower, alfresco dining area, and built in BBQ. The pool is heated by Solar panels. There is a large garden area planted with exotic plants including banana and lemon trees. An additional feature is the decked sun platform ideal for sunbathing.

Internally, there are 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a large family room containing 2 single beds, and a bunk style bed which sleeps 3. There is a further family shower room.

The living room has a TV with a combined DVD, satellite TV, channels include 24 hour movies, news, cartoons, music etc. Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine and microwave

All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans for your comfort. The twin bedded room also has a DVD and Playstation with games. The villa is ideal for any sized group from 2 -11 people.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
