About the property
Luxury new 3 bed detached villa is in 900m of land and is very private on a quiet developement near the Papagayo National Park, 10 mins walk from the first stunning Papagayo beach!
The villa is very secure and boasts a fine garden with space to find a quiet corner and read a book whilst the kids are in the pool. The large kidney shaped, electrically heated swimming pool set at approx 28degs is surrounded by a large "rubber rock" (non slip) patio.
Internally there is a large lounge area with leather sofas and TV, DVD, satellite, Playstation 2 and Ipod speakers.
Main bedroom has a fantastic circular double jacuzzi bath in it's ensuite, whilst the other bedrooms share another bathroom with bath and shower.
Kitchen has microwave, cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has 3 areas in which to dine, an indoor modern family dinning area as well as an outdoor family BBQ patio area with white pool chairs and table plus a third area that has a fantastic wooden dining suite idea for romantic dinners for the grown ups after the children have gone to bed....

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Owner's Tips...
A childrens playground, cafe and trendy sports bar is less than 3 mins walk together with new modern shopping centre with fashion shops and quality restaurants. Local beach ideal for fishing and rock pooling for the kids. A supermarket that sells virtually everything is only mins away by car.
The Rubicon Marina is only 20 mins walk away, a place to relax and watch the boats go by or if you are feeling adventurous scuba diving / paragliding or even a trip in a submarine can be arranged.
