Casa Palmeras is one of the best "value for money" villas in Playa Blanca. With a superb location in the quiet and private development of Las Terracitas, this villa is located 2 minutes walk from the shops, supermarket, banks and bars of the Punta Limones shopping centre. Likewise, the walk to the Playa Flamingo beach and the centre of town is only 5 minutes. It really does have a terrific location. Las Terracitas itself, is a lovely complex, and offers a beautiful community pool for all guests.

Casa Palmeras has been recently refurbished (July 2008) to a high standard. The villa consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 bunk bed bedroom and two bathrooms (1 with bath). The kitchen is large and spacious and very well equipped. The open plan kitchen and dining area leads to a comfortable living room with leather sofa, plasma screen TV with satellite and DVD player.

Outside, there is a private terrace area with table and chairs and a large built in Canarian barbeque.
There is a stunning new private pool with waterfall feature along with an electric pool heating system perfect for all year round bathing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
