Accommodation description
Apartamento Maria is a spacious and well maintained ground floor apartment in one of the best run complexes on Lanzarote. Ideal for couples and families alike, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen/diner, comfortable lounge area and private outdoor patio for dining and sunbathing.
From the apartment it's a short walk to the swimming pools, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and taxi rank. You have three swimming pools* to choose from, several bar/ restaurants and a very short walk to the Playa Bastian beach. Between the beach and the Apartment Complex is a wide footpath which runs all along the costal area of Costa Teguise accessing beaches and bars and restaurants.
Nearby are the following attractions: the waterpark and one of Lanzarote's golf courses, the Aquarium and after all that treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon in the Beatriz Hotel Spa complex.
Complementary welcome pack includes tea, coffee, water, sugar, wine, biscuits, serviettes and juice when children are staying.
Bed linen and towels & beach towels are included along with a mid week towel change.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Shops, supermarkets, bars and eating places are a very short walk away.
Lanzarote's 18 hole international standard golf course is only a few minutes’ drive away.
The family Aquapark is in walking distance.

“I stayed in Apartmento Maria from 13th June until 1st July. The apartment is in ideal position close to the beach, taxis, restaurants etc. The facilities in the apartment were of a very high standard, I spent almost three weeks and felt as though it were home from home.

About us
Hi I’m Andrew and the property belongs to me. I live on Lanzarote with a sun loving West Highland Terrier called Sally. A good part of my time is spent ensuring that our place is kept to highest standards both inside and out. The only way I can ensure my standards are met is to do it myself.
We love the island and everything it has to offer and I am thrilled when other people are introduced to Lanzarote through booking our property. It’s even more rewarding when those people come back to us year after year. I am more than happy to share my knowledge of the island having lived here for years and many of our guests have been surprised at just how much more there is besides glorious sunshine and beautiful beaches.
