About the property

Villa Natalie is a luxury 3 bed bungalow in Playa Blanca, with a large terrace area, private pool (solar heated & salt water pool). The villa is ideal for families with children or couples wishing to relax. Villa Natalie has a warm and homely atmosphere, all furnishings are of excellent standard including solid pine furniture, built-in wardrobes, fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for entertaining. The living area has luxurious seating and glass table & chairs for dining.

The private solar heated pool & terrace area is very large with outside seating area (built-in outside fridge for those cold beers) plenty of shade for the red hot sun & beautiful BBQ. There is plenty of sunbeds and seating for relaxing outside entertaining.

On entering the villa you will notice the excellent standard of decorating, the open plan living & dining area is spacious. The living area has leather sofas and full entertainment system inc TV, DVD, Satellite TV, stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, extractor fan, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & washing machine (located outside cupboards).

The master bedroom has patio doors opening directly to the terrace & private pool area. This bedroom is very spacious with a dressing area, plasma TV on bedroom wall.

The villa has 2 further bedrooms, both are beautifully decorated, one has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom single bed with built-in wardrobes.

There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms both with w.c., wash basin & walk in shower.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Villa Natalie is situated in Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca ws once a small fishing village, situated at the southern tip of Lanzarote. The resort has been developing over te last few years and is fast becoming one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. Although now Playa Blanca is alot more developed it has stil kept its quaint traditional character.

Playa Blanca has a beautiful promenade wich stretches along the coast to the new Marina Rubicon Marina, stunning beaches and the main harbour, which offer excursions to Fuerteventura (15 min in hovercraft). A visit to the neighbouring Island constitutes a beautiful day out an ideal opportunity to visit another the two Canary Islands whilst you are here in Lanzarote.

The villa is situated in complex Motana Rojo, this is set back from the centre of Playa Blanca in a direct line from the harbour, the villa offers tranquillity & comfort needed for your relaxing holiday.
