Accommodation description
A modern 1 bedroom apartment situated in a very popular complex Las Coronas in Costa Teguise.
The apartment contains a double bedroom, bathroom and living/kitchen area. The kitchen has a 2 ring hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. The living area has a sofa, sofa bed, TV and DVD. Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and hair dryer. Bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The apartment also has a safe (no extra cost) The apartment is also treated for cockroach prevention annually (this is expensive but very successful).
No view of the sea or pool from apartment. The complex has 2 pools, (40m away) pool bar, gym (extra cost), tennis court, a bank, car hire and a restaurant. The Las Coronas apartment is a front line complex. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by. We have another apartment on this complex which is a 2 bedroom. About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

“We stayed at this apartment for a fortnight. For a couple it's well equipped, clean and comfortable.Very central for trips around the island. Just a walk through to the promenade and a stroll into the centre of Costa Teguise. Super market, restaurants and pubs just across the road. Very easy to live in, the washing machine and cooker both work well..
Snags - the apartment complex only receives English (London) television, I was expecting Spanish and the outside seating area faces north. Not much of a failing.
Good points - the light bulb in the living room failed, made a phone call, it was fixed within the hour.”

“Having stayed on this complex many times and in 3 different apts.we found this apt.ideal for the
week that we booked.It clean and we had plenty towels,bed & bedding were ok & clean.
We cooked in the apt.& found everything that we required was available.It is the first time we
did not have to buy any toilet rolls!!!!!!!
Would not hesitate in returning to this apt.”

“My partner and I had a lovely week staying in this appartment. It was perfect for the two of us for a week - clean and modern. Great pool and close to the beach too - it really doesn't matter that it doesn't have a view - it has an outdoor eating area and that was lovely. Would definitely recommend.”
