Accommodation description
Some of the most prestigious properties on the island are situated on Los Mojones, offering fine views across the mountains. This area is for those who seek space, tranquillity and seclusion, without sacrificing the local amenities of Puerto Del Carmen, Old Town and harbour, which are only a ten minute walk. A car is desirable but not essential.
Quietly situated on a quarter of an acre plot of land and secluded for complete privacy by volcanic rock walls enclosing the mature gardens. This most exclusive three bedroom detached villa enjoys the luxury of a 9 x 4.5 meter private biologal (no chemicals used) swimming pool which is heated in the winter months. The outside area is further enhanced by a large terrace, brick built barbecue, eating area and sun terraces which are amply equipped with patio furniture and cushions.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, luxury family bathroom and large separate shower room. The kitchen is superbly fitted and includes integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, built-in oven and ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. The spacious lounge and dining room area are well furnished with Sky TV including film and sports channels, dvd player/ and CD/tape hi-fi system.
A twice weekly maid service compliments this very well equipped luxury villa.

Pool is heated from 1st Thursday in November until 1st Thursday in May. If required during the summer months charged at £60 per week.
Confirmation of booking will be sent on a receipt booking form. A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total price is required. The balance will be sent ten weeks prior to your arrival date. No reminder will be sent.

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

“I have stayed at Casa Mason twice and i can thoroughly recommend it.
The first time was with my partner last November and i liked it so much i took my mum for a relaxing break in January.
It is completely private with a good size pool and patio area which includes a large BBQ seating area under a pagoda which is an excellent idea to cool off from the sun and eat a spot of lunch.
The interior of the Villa is a high standard with all the mod cons you would expect and more.
It's close enough to walk to the shops/bars/restaurants or when i went with my mum it's a 5 minute walk to the taxi ranks and bus stops.
I will definitely be using this villa again on my next trip to Lanzarote and i know my mum has already began saving to take her friends there too!!!”
