Accommodation description
This spacious, light and airy four bedroom luxury villa is situated on a secluded 8000 square metre private plot of land. It has a modern design and has everything you would expect from a luxury villa. It boasts stunning,panoramic sea views of the coast between Puerto Calero and Puerto Del Carmen.
The villa has been decorated to a very high standard and includes the luxuries of en suite bathrooms in 2 of the bedrooms, a gated heated swimming pool and children’s pool, 6 seater hot tub/jacuzzi, a games room with table tennis, board games, books and childrens toys and large outdoor terrace with a gas barbeque for al fresco dining. The large, walled and private garden boasts many local plants such as Aloe Vera and over 60 mature Canarian Palm trees.
A basic welcome pack is included consisting of tea, milk, water, wine, juice, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, biscuits or crisps.
The villa is located between Puerto Calero, the exclusive premier marina of Lanzarote and the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. It is just a three minute drive to either or alternatively a twenty minute walk along the costal path. There are numerous good restaurants in both places and Puerto del Carmen also offers golden sandy beaches and nightlife for those who want it. This property is in a perfect location to give the much sort after tranquility and privacy many of us need on holiday but at the same time it is near all the amenities you may require such as shops, sporting and children’s activities.

About Puerto Calero, Lanzarote
The marina of Puerto Calero was opened in 1990 and was the brainchild of José Calero. It now has no lack of yachts and boats and it's become one of the nicest places on the island with many new boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. The marina is also the starting point for a range of activities including submarine safaris, shark fishing and cruises.
If you enjoy tapas, the restaurant Taberna del Puerto comes highly recommended. Their Canarian potatoes, garlic mushrooms and stuffed peppers are well complimented with the local mojo sauce.

Las Palmitas villa is set in a costal fabulous location overlooking the Atlantic sea on the east of the island.
The villa is directly between Puerto Del Carmen and the millionaires Yacht Marina of Puerto Calero. Both areas have a wealth of restaurants, bars and holiday activities on offer. Such as sailing trips, diving courses, horse riding, Mountain biking etc....
You have a selection of golden sand beaches in Puerto Del Carmen and more towards the south of the island. The volcanic rugged coast line in front of the villa is perfect for fishing and walking along its track, to the neighboring areas.
You have a golf course just 5 mins drive away the Lanzarote Golf is a modern golf course with 18 holes, par 72, created by the well known north american designer Ron Kirby. Adapted over the original land, it shows an attractive undulation in accordance with the idylic landscape of Lanzarote. Lanzarote Golf is proud to respect the environment of the island. The course is perfectly integrated with the natural landscape and the water used is 100% recycled. The clubhouse, soon to be opened, offers all services a golfer needs to enjoy the game: reception, proshop, equipment rental, two restaurants, cafeteria with large terraces and spectacular views over the course and the Atlantic Ocean. Also you can improve your game practising in our golf academy, driving range, practice area and putting green. No matter what your handicap, playing on our golf course with a perfect climate all year round, you will have a truly enjoyable experience.
This area of Lanzarote is fantastic for walking/mountain biking etc. Or maybe you just want to relax and read a good book next to the pool in peaceful surroundings. You have many interesting tourist destinations to visit such as The Volcanic National Park of “Timanfaya”, the famous artist Cesar Manrique’s house, Cactus Gardens.
Local activities include surfing, sailing, fishing, wind-surfing, tennis, cycling, horse riding, paragliding, golf, walking, mountain biking, and swimming.

About us
Lanzarote Retreats.com is a family run business which has been growing fast since summer 2007. Lanzarote Retreats is the creation of Tila and Michelle Braddock who wanted to offer a rural type accommodation mainly in and around Arrieta in the North of the Island where they live and love.
Arrieta is a traditional Lanzarote fishing village, a hidden jewel on the island, mainly un-discovered by tourists. It boasts wonderful sea front restaurants, quaint historic buildings and has a great beach for families, with a beach bar, play park and it is often great for body boarding and surfing.
They strive to offer you a personal service when booking and during your holiday in Lanzarote, as Tila and Michelle live at Finca de Arrieta they are always at hand for any information or help during your stay. Tila and Michelle are helped by Sarah who is based in their Costa Teguise office.
What we love about our business
Tila and Michelle have lived on Lanzarote for over 20 years and have bought up their 4 children here and been involved in Island life. The Lonely Planet guide book for the Canary Islands (4th Edition page 133 and 139) interviewed Tila and Michelle regarding Lanzarote and they feature along with Finca De Arrieta in the "Local Voices"section. They clearly love the island and therefore sharing it with those visiting the island through their holiday rental business.
