Accommodation description
Villa with great views to the Atlantic, in a peaceful and calm area. Perfect place for relaxing for up to eight people.
With two different levels, in a plot of 1.200 m2, completely walled around with wooden roofs.
The upper level includes a large bedroom with a double bed and a big bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The lower level has three big bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a sofa-bed which allows a couple to sleep next to the kids. In the other two bedrooms, one of them has a bunk bed and the other one has two individual beds. In this level you can also find a bathroom, three different lounges (one of them with satellite TV and DVD and other one with music stereo). A big dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, an electric oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer, toaster and an electric water heater.
Outside you can find a wide terrace with views to Playa Honda, the Guacimeta beach, Lobos island and Fuerteventura island.
Private and heated pool, exterior bathroom, BBQ area, solarium with sunbeds and a great garden with fruit trees.
An extra room with washing machine and dryer.
The villa is located in a calm and centric area of Guime. 10 minutes away from the airport by car. 15 minutes away from the capital (Arrecife). 15 minutes away from Puerto del Carmen, touristic and leisure place, where you will find nice beaches and the best night life. 15 minutes away from Tías Golf Court. 20 minutes away from the Costa Teguise Golf Court and 5 minutes away from the supermarket.
Both towels and blankets are included.
Weekly cleaning service.
Welcome package which includes: water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, marmalade and butter.

About Guime, Lanzarote
Guime is a village situated in the hills overlooking Arrecife and the sea. Centrally situated, it is within easy reach of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and all the main tourist attractions as well as the airport, which is a 15-minute drive.

Lanzarote is an island which offers a great variety of leisure activities. Within the places to visit yo cannot miss the Timanfaya National Park, Los Jameos del Agua, La Cueva de Los Verdes, La Geria with its wine cellars, the small island of La Graciosa, The Cesar Manrique Foundation, its beautiful beaches, etc.
Within sport-like activities, you can choose from golf, surf, scuba diving, horse ridding, camel ridding, to sailing, go-karting, fishing, tracking and many more.
If you are planning to come with kids we recommend you to visit Aquapark, Rancho Texas, Puerto Calero´s submarine, boat rides (Catamaran), Guinate Park and others
Throughout the island there is a wide range of restaurants, where you will not only try Canarian local food, but international food too.
On the other hand, if what you want is enjoying Lanzarote´s nightlife, we recommend you to visit all the bars and pubs along Puerto del Carmen´s main street, right next to the sea.
One last tip, do not miss Teguise's Sunday market you won't regret it!

“Great Villa, with amazing views to the sea, located in a calm residential area, perfect for a family or friends holiday. The pool and the barbaque area were just fantastic and ideal for us (3 couples).
But without a doubt what made our holiday even more special, was the way we were treated by both owners, Mapi and Tino. They were simply fantastic, always caring and making sure everything was just perfect for us. We totally recommend this Villa, as a MUST in Lanzarote. It will make you want to come back to the lovely island.”

“We had a super-holliday in casa Tara, the house is very spacious, everything you need (and more) is available. We recommend this place!
Nice veranda with a sofa and chair. There was even a christmastree!!
The only thing: the electricity is not always ok, don't use the dishwasher, washingmachine and microwave at the same time.

About us
Hi, I'm Mapi Martinez, I'm a nurse and I currently work as a nursing teacher in the Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC). I'm married to Tino and I have two kids: Luis, 20, and Paula who is 16 years old. We also have a dog called Tara, this is where the house name comes from. In Gran Canaria, Tara is the name of the goddess of fertility.
What we love about our property
This house is where our children grew up. We lived in this house for 14 years, and then because of our children growing up and family circumstances, we had to move to Gran Canaria and we decided to rent the house.
