“The Villa was beautiful, only two little problems, my son-in-law had to take the filters out of the dishwasher and clean them all before we could use it, and the Villa could do with a new swimming pool, the pool man came to clean it quite a few times, but it really needs renewing, other than that, it was absolutely beautiful, the outside space was great, we had a few barbaques, would recommend it to anyone, it was in a good position for all the bars and restraunts, but also in a quiet position,”

“We stayed at this villa in late 2008.
Firstly I would say we got what we paid for. The Villa was nice and big and more than enough space for all of us in our party of 8 (6 adults 2 Children).
The pictures on this site are a true representation of the property.
The villa and pool was cleaned once a week by the family team of cleaners and pool cleaner. They were friendly and chatty and also had a lot of information about Lanzarote and where the best places for food shopping etc was.The grounds were tidy and the bbq area was really nice.
I would say there are more lavish and newer villas to rent but for what we wanted it was perfect.
The only downside I would say was when we arrived the patio area was dusty and looked like it could have needed a wash down to make it that little more impressive but we put that down to the wind and maybe it had got like that since it had been cleaned after the last people left (it could have been a few days) Also the pool was a bit small and quite often half of it was in the shade and the steps needed mending.
When we left we left behind a few things like unused teabags and sugar in the cupboards and a brand new small container of milk in the fridge because when we arrived it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to have had this on arrival. (we didn't purpously supply this but from what we had left rather than bin it we left it for the next guests) However we also had an evening departure and had to vacate at 10am. We roamed the resort for a while but came back for our pick up. The new guests had arrived and kindly invited us in to wait for our lift to the airport. upon getting back into the villa we realised all the teabags, milk etc had been taken by the cleaners and the pool area was in the same way as when we left it, dusty in need of a wash down there was even a cigarette butt on the ground and we don't smoke.
All in all we enjoyed it and it was our 1st time in a villa and we would definately use a villa again as the advantages over a hotel are great. Not sure we would use this villa again though. I'd consider it but I would look for another villa 1st.”

“Just back from a two week stay at the villa Catamaran, the villa was great quite spacious with adequate space outside, however the pictures on the web are different. The master bathroom is different and not as luxurious as the one shown on the site same as the upstaris bathroom totally different picture shown. There were also some repairs that needed attended to however nothing major. Rob and Sandara were very welcoming and always very cheery. The pool was cleaned once a week however the garden area required attention and the area around the pool sitting area was cleaned up daily by ourselves due to the wind etc. However we were informed by the cleaning staff that the surrounding area around the pool was the the responsibility of the pool man, however this was not carried out the two weeks we were there. We enjoyed the location of this villa, however a word of warning for anyone who has to vacate the villla at 10am,we contacted LPM Lanzarote property management the day prior to our departure to ask if we could keep the villa on as our flight was not untill 11pm at night. We spoke to a Scottish lady who was very unhelpfull she informed us that this would not be possible as someone was due at the villa at noon and we must vacate at 10am. WE asked if we could keep our case's in the garage of the villa they have at the end of the street where they keep the sheets etc, however was told very abrubtly that this was not possible. The only thing they could offer was for us to get two taxis with our cases and travel into Puerto Del Carmen and we could leave our cases at a facility they have there,we asked if they had nothing in Costa Teguise as it was very costly for two taxi's into Puerto Del Carmen ,no assistance was given this was the only option to us. While we fully appreciate its not their responsibility for our travel arrangements we found the manner very unprofessional and unhelpful. There was also an eldery gentleman in our party and the thought of sitting around somewhere for 7hrs was very daunting.”
